Returns
MShelving STANDARD UNITS
We hope, of course, that you are perfectly happy with your Loadbearing products, but if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your MShelving standard unit you may return
it, postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of it, for a full refund of your purchase price less the shipping fees. The original shipping fees are non-refundable,
and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, including all instructions, packing materials, and parts. Otherwise a restocking fee may be charged.
Please contact us for full instructions on returning an item.
Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to their credit card.
MShelving CUSTOM UNITS
If you order a custom MShelving unit (i.e., if your invoice items read "MShelving Custom Unit" or "MShelving Custom Door", for instance, or if you want non-removable
side-panels attached to your unit) then the custom unit is final sale,
non-refundable and non-returnable, since it was built just for you. Please consider this before ordering a custom unit! If you are not sure what constitutes a custom order, please ask, we're happy to help.
Damaged Goods
All orders are packed very carefully and well, but sometimes damage can occur while en route to your location. Please look over and/or assemble your products immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or any part is defective or missing, please contact us within 7 days, and keep all the original packing materials. We will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you.
Cancellations
Because all our orders are custom orders, we charge your credit card at the time of purchase. You can cancel an order within 7 days of placing it and your credit card will be refunded the full amount. After 7 days a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods for a refund (see “Returns”, above, for more information). In that case you will, however, be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to us.
